We believe a healthy church is one that has a heart for those in need. Our Compassion Ministries are opportunities to serve others around us who truly need to see love and compassion in action.
Provide snack items to be given out to the children who ride the buses in the Hill Farm School District.
Take a meal and various household items to the members of the
neighborhood around the Alexander Community Center on the third Friday of the month.
Operate a Food Pantry for those in need in the community on the last
Tuesday of the month from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
Give their time on the second Friday evening of the month to care for special needs children.
Give assistance to people affected by catastrophic events such as
hurricanes, flooding, and tornadoes.
Provide and serve a meal to families within the church who experience the loss of a loved one.
Provide financial and volunteer assistance to this local foster care ministry for children in Saline and Perry Counties.
Lead a weekly Bible Study for the residents of Fox Ridge Living Facility every Thursday morning, 10:00 a.m.
