Dear Eclipse Registrant,
Welcome to our pre-Eclipse event! We are excited to see you the weekend of April 7th!
We want to have a great time of fellowship and worship. However, we also want to be practical and safety-minded for your family. There is no cost for this event, unless you plan to purchase food from a food truck.
Here are some FAQ’s to help you know what to expect:
Am I registering for Sunday and Monday?
-We are now only registering for Sunday, not Monday.
Why should I register for the Pre-Eclipse Sunday Night Service?
-To help us effectively plan for food trucks, seating areas, eclipse glasses for your family, and to win door prizes! This also allows us to communicate with guests after the event.
What are we doing Monday?
-Our parking lot will be open Monday. We are not allowing parking overnight. We encourage you to take caution Monday and watch communications from local and state officials, but you are welcome to park here Monday and view the eclipse. Glasses may be available that day, but are not guaranteed.
What about my reserved parking?
-Reserved parking was initially planned to guarantee spots for those staying on campus overnight Sunday into Monday. After much prayer and discussion with local officials, the decision has been made to modify the eclipse event. Given this change, there is no longer a need to reserve parking. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
What time should I arrive Sunday for the Pre-Eclipse event?
-The event kicks off at 4pm.
Eclipse Celebration-Sunday,April 7 from 4pm-7pm
*We will have, food trucks, inflatables, ballon animals, face painting, live music, door prizes and an awesome time of outdoor worship and praise!
*Eclipse Experience-Monday, April 8 from 11am-3pm
*Our parking lot will be open for eclipse viewing and food trucks will be onsite.

- From 4-6pm, enjoy food trucks, inflatables, face painting, and balloon animals.
- At 6pm those activities end and we kick off the worship service.
- Arrive early enough to allow your party to partake in the events they are interested in.
